Tools 9777casino provides to keep your gaming safe
Set your own daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit in BDT. Once in place, it automatically stops you from overspending. Reductions take effect immediately.
Need a short break? Temporarily deactivate your account for anywhere between 24 hours and 30 days. No bets or deposits can be placed during this period.
Choose self-exclusion for a longer break. Options range from 6 months to permanent. Your account cannot be reactivated during this period.
You will receive a reminder at set intervals to let you know how long you have been playing. Set a break interval anywhere between 30 minutes and 4 hours.
Decide in advance the maximum amount in BDT you are comfortable losing within a given period. Once you reach that limit, the game will stop automatically.
If you are experiencing any issues with gaming, 9777casino's support team is available 24/7. You can get advice and assistance in complete confidence.
What you should know before playing at 9777casino
Responsible gaming means treating gaming as entertainment, not a solution to financial problems. At 9777casino, we want you to feel good after every session — whether you win or lose.
Many people in Bangladesh view online gaming as a source of income, but the reality is that casino and betting platforms are primarily a form of entertainment. Winning some and losing some is part of the experience. As long as it does not affect your daily life, family, or financial stability, everything is fine.
To ensure responsible gaming at 9777casino, we follow the highest industry standards. Our platform offers multiple voluntary protection tools to help you set your own limits.
9777casino's commitment: We will never encourage any player to bet beyond their means. Your wellbeing matters more to us than our business.

Limits can be set at three levels — daily, weekly, and monthly. Lowering a limit takes effect immediately. Increasing one requires a 24-hour waiting period to prevent impulsive decisions.
Take a break for 24 hours, 48 hours, 1 week, or 30 days. During this time you can still log in, but placing bets or making deposits will not be possible. Your account reactivates automatically once the period ends.
Close your account for 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. During this period, 9777casino will also take steps to prevent you from opening a new account. If you are facing a serious problem, this is the best course of action.
Set a session duration between 30 minutes and 4 hours. Once the time is up, you will see a summary of how long you played and how much you won or lost. This helps keep you aware of your activity.
